Increased amh: Just thought I'd share... - Fertility Network UK (2025)

Just thought I'd share that my amh has increased from 0.4pmol/l(Oct 2024) to 2.7pmol/l which I strongly believe was a result of taking NMN supplement. I have been taking the same supplements etc for years and in fact my diet has got worse this last year.Only thing new was NMN. This is in NO way an advertisement of any sort.I just want to share because like everyone else I have spent many many hours reading forums etc to find ways to increase it.NMN is the only thing I have added in new.I read about it in another fertility site where other ladies had increased amh from taking it and decided why not.I turn 43 next month.x

**Hi ladies.I used NMN sublingual powder from Youth&Earth.The supplement&brand was recommended to me by another lady on a different fertility site.Her AMH also increased a few pmol/l as well after taking it.I hope it works for each and everyone of you.xx**

Hi, that's amazing. Please could you pm Mr with the brand and amount you take? How long were you taking it before your AMH improved?

Thanks for sharing, I also take it but i haven't re tested my amh. I take pro health it has a combination of nmn and resveratol which is meant to be a powerhouse combination for fertility and longevity in general. Which one do you take?On a side note I had a lot more eggs collected the last 2 cycles. I put it down to increasing my vit d as I hadn't started nmn then. It will be interesting to see what this next cycle will bring with the added nmn/resveratol and upped coq10 aswell.
